Shraddha Dhiwal is the author of the book on career choice patterns of higher secondary students, “Career Aspiration and Self Discrepancies among Higher Secondary Students,"

She is a distinguished teacher educator and expert in Career Information and Career Development. She holds a Ph.D. in Education
focusing on the area of career guidance. She is an ex-faculty of the National Council of Educational Research and Training, Delhi.
Her expertise lies in guiding and preparing teacher counsellors, curriculum development, developing and running online courses, training master trainers for guidance and counselling, peace education and value education, organising Regional and National Conferences, etc. She is also an expert in providing guidance to students, teachers and parents through online live sessions on a YouTube channel.
